RELATE
Living with One Another In Christ

The Greek word allélón (pronounced ah-LAY-loan) translates into two English words—one another. The word appears in the New Testament 100 times in 94 Scriptures. Between 50 and 60 of those occurrences direct disciples in how they are to live with one another in Jesus Christ.

Through Jesus’ death and resurrection, God unites those who trust in Him by faith to be a new community of people. How we live with one another is to be marked by our new life in Christ rather than our old ways apart from Christ.

In our series Relate, we will explore thirteen of the ‘one another’ verses that tells us how we are to relate to one another in the family of God. Through this study, we pray the Spirit of God through the Word of God will unite, strengthen, and bless the church of God at First Baptist Matthews to be in a greater way all He redeemed us to be for His glory.
