Faithful Stewards of Our Resources

The ministries of our church are funded through the grace of God and the faithful giving of our church family. We believe that God's work through the local church is to be supported by the tithes and offerings of God's people following the Biblical model for stewardship. Tithes and offerings given to the church are administered based on our annual budget, which is approved each November for the following year by a congregational vote. We also have a number of designated funds which support our capital needs, special offerings and outreach ministries. Our Executive Pastor and Stewardship Ministry Team ensure the faithful accounting and stewardship of our resources.

Giving Online is Secure

We have chosen Planning Center as our online giving service provider. Planning Center is an industry leader in online giving for churches and meets the highest standards for the Payment Card Industry. Planning Center makes sure that every transaction is secure, accounted for, and efficient. Your personal and financial information is protected with the highest level of data encryption available. Neither employees of FBCM or Planning Center can access your personal information. In fact, each of us is at more risk when paying by check as opposed to giving on-line.

How to Give

As always, you are free to give via the weekly offering in the Worship Service, by mailing your contribution in to the office, and giving online. We welcome your gift in whatever method is most convenient for you and that you feel led to use. You can choose to give to the church online using your credit card, debit card, or direct debit from your checking/savings account. You can make a onetime gift, or set up recurring donations. We accept credit and debit cards for the convenience of our contributors. We do not encourage credit purchases or debt as a lifestyle.
